We're a small U.S.-based team and every order matters to us. Here's exactly what to expect after you place your order.
Pre-Order Items
Many of our items — including the Trump Pet Bed™ and Trump Coffee Brewer™ — are handcrafted pre-order pieces. Because each one is made to order, please allow 7–14 business days for production before your item ships. You'll see the current timeline right on each product page.
Shipping Times
- Production: 7–14 business days (pre-order items)
- Transit: 3–7 business days within the United States once shipped
- Total estimated delivery: 10–21 business days from order date
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order. Any active free-shipping promotions will be applied automatically.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you haven't received tracking within 15 business days of ordering, please reach out.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and would like to order, contact us before purchasing and we'll let you know if we can help.
